The Drum Collective is an Orlando-based specialty entertainment company providing high-impact percussion, drumline, marching band, and brass entertainment for theme parks, corporate events, conventions, festivals, sporting events, and live productions.

Founded by professional drummer and entertainment leader Mike Barron, the company is backed by nearly three decades of experience in some of the industry’s most demanding environments. Mike’s career has included performances and creative work at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, the Orlando Magic, the Great Moscow Circus, and events throughout the United States and abroad.

That experience extends far beyond performing. It includes developing original entertainment concepts, assembling casts, directing auditions and rehearsals, maintaining specialty equipment, managing daily operations, and integrating percussion into larger productions alongside singers, dancers, actors, acrobats, and other musicians.

What makes The Drum Collective different is our ability to shape rhythm around the moment. From polished drumlines and mobile brass bands to interactive atmosphere acts and custom-built percussion concepts, we create entertainment that belongs in its environment.

The “Collective” represents a vast professional network developed throughout decades in live entertainment - drummers, percussionists, brass players, arrangers, and specialty performers brought together according to the needs of each project.
